Brian Krushel, Senior Pastor

Brian cropped 2

Brian met Christ in a very personal way in his childhood. He sensed a calling into ministry in his teen years and continues to be defined by that calling. Brian met Val at Gardner College and they’ve been married since 1982. Upon completing graduate work in Edmonton, Brian and Val came to the Camrose Church of God in 1985. A post-graduate degree followed in 2007. “Pastoring is the best job in the world,” he says, sometimes with tongue in cheek. Brian and Val have 3 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and a disobedient middle-aged puppy. Brian is passionate about congregational health. His hobbies include golf, running, and roaring around town on his motorcycle.

untitled-25 croppedManfred Boller, Connecting Pastor

Manfred Boller, joined the staff at Camrose Church July 2015. Manfred is passionate about connecting people. Connecting people with God, the church, and one another. Two of his favored pastimes are visiting over a “good” cup of coffee and reading. Manfred met Shannon at Providence College and Seminary where his initial visit to Canada turned into a new life, family, and permanent home. They have three awesome kids. A picture Manfred has for the church is the image of a puzzle, each one of us is a vital piece for the picture to be complete, each person can find a place of connection and belonging in God’s body.

Leadership Team

These are our current leaders of the church as of the Annual General Meeting of May, 2016.  Please be in prayer for them as they guide us in faith.

“Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.” – Hebrews 13:17
